Registration

I registered my pocket pod on the website. When log onto the website my pocket pod is showing as registered. Running Line 6Mmonkey v 1.31 says its not registered. I have deleted the registration and recreated it. Same problem. This is a new piece of kit, not previously owned, baught from a guitar shop.

Is my pocket pod registered or not? what should I do?

    We recently changed something on the PocketPod registration, please let me know if you are experiencing this situation now.
