Im not receiving password resets!!

          Hi, I have another account Username: Gibbo47n which I think is linked to email account Gibbo47n@yahoo.co.uk. I have been trying to log in for the last week or so to download Variax Workbench as I have recently purchased a Line 6 Variax 700 Guitar, but unfortunatly I m having trouble remembering my password and Iv reset it several times but still I have not received an email with my password reminder to the above email. I have tried to re register myself and I have been successful but when Iv tried to re register my POD XT LIVE Iv been unsuccessful as it is currently registered with other username. Can you please advise me of what I need to do to be able to reset my password? I can supply other security information iif neccessary. Thanks

Hello,

 

  I'm only seeing this one account in our database.

 

  I'm not sure I understand the issue here. You had to have been logged in to ask this question so can't you just use this account to download Workbench?
