XT Live need unregistered

I've purchased one on Ebay, it is on the way to me.  The seller cannot unregister the unit.  I spoke with tech support last week and was told if I provide my PayPal proof of purchase, having you unregister it so I can register in my name will be no problem.

 

Can you please open a support ticket for me?
