Custom tone down load problem.

I am trying to down load a custom tone file. This is whats happening:

 

starting at custom tone.

Click "all PODxt"

Tube Library: "only", "PODxt", "public"   search SRV

click Get tone "SRV Raw"

computer down load file appears "open"  or "save" I choose save.

 

Select save, opens a window to save file in my computer

Does not show a download location for PODXT.

 

Tried multiple times and redown loaded monkey. Can't seem to get  the file in my POD.

 

Your help appreciated.

You need to save the download to your computer and then open up the file in GearBox or Edit and load the tone into your Pod via one of those programs.
