Re: Blank Display

Yep, I kind of tripped out about this support forum whenever I first bought the X3L and had a problem. It sounds like you already tried all the standard tricks except to try another power supply, other than that you’ll probably have to get it to a service center. As far as hearing from a Line6 official, sometimes they will answer questions on the weekend but you’ll most likely have to wait till next week some time to hear from them. Good luck to ya.

RE: Blank Display

Hi,

Sorry for not haven't come across your inquiry sooner. Unfortunately the answer you're looking for is that your unit is going to require servicing; the issue is occurring at the hardware/component level.

If this is a recent new purchase, the product warranty is a one-year (from date of purchase) service warranty. You'll need:

  1. Copy of your new product purchase receipt.

  2. Get your unit to the nearest Authorized Service Center in your area, which you can find using this search engine: http://line6.com/support/serviceCenters/

If you're within the first year, we'll cover the cost of part/labor to get your unit fixed.

Again, apologies for not haven't responded to your inquiry any sooner.

  Regards,

  L6Perry
