I was going to write...uninstall all things Line 6 and try again...But it seemed to me that is what you did already....

Re: Monkey will not load

Hi,

I spoke with you on the phone earlier...please try using Monkey on another computer and doing a license refresh with your XT connected. Otherwise you may consider reinstalling your OS as it is more likely a system conflict.

Thanks

RE: Monkey will not load

Hello,

Have you tried rolling back Monkey to see if it will load? Monkey should certainly not hang like that but I think there is something else going on with your computer then just Monkey not loading.

When you performed your uninstall did you use the actual Line 6 Uninstaller app in Add/Remove Programs?

RE: Monkey will not load

Hello,

Line 6 Monkey will need an internet connection to run.  We reccomend optimizing your system and running Windows XP SP III with the following optimization document:

RE: Monkey will not load

It would be difficult for us to know that you installed a virtual MIDI driver without you mentioning it, but we are glad to hear that you figured out the situation.
