Variax Acoustic 700 question

I'm looking for suggestions on my Variax Acoustic 700. The low E string volume is much lower than the other strings. It isn't zero volume, just about half the other strings. Is this something that could be fixed by doing a reset or do you think it is more likely a problem with the pickup? It seems to have started after the last string change I had done. Thanks for any advice you can offer.

String volume is adjustable with "The Workbench Software". But seeing how it lost volume after the string change, I would loosen the string and retighten. At worst, you might have a piezo going bad. Very cheap to replace if necessary.
