      <title>Pocket POD registered to my Account - Line6 Monkey says it is not.</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:8b3c2440-d940-44c6-8e32-5d4fc8f0c228] --&gt;&lt;div class='jive-rendered-content'&gt;&lt;p&gt;I purchased a Pocket POD a few weeks ago.  I have registered it to my account and it appears in my account correctly (see attached image: line6_registration_page.jpg Note: username in web account &amp;amp; Monkey the same; serial number blurred out intentionally).  I used the Serial # from inside the battery compartment.  When I launch Line 6 Monkey v1.31 and log into my account, it give me a dialog box stating, "It appears you have not registered your Pocket POD with your user account."  (see attached image: line6_pocketmonkey.jpg).  If I click "Register Now...", it takes me to my account page where it shows my device registered to my account.  I followed your FAQ and ensured my serial number was in the form 'XXXNLNNNNNNNNNN'.  I have tried the following with no success:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Logged out of Line 6 Monkey and log back in.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Waited 1 week to see if the serial number just needed time to associate.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Installed latest version of Line 6 Monkey on a different computer.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Deleted my registered device and re-registered it.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Current state of affairs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: My device is currently registered to my account through the website, however Line 6 Monkey still shows it as unregistered.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Although the device is not registered it has allowed me to update to the latest firmware: 1.01, however I would like to ensure that my device is properly registered.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;OS Info:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have tried on 2 different machines running:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Windows Vista x86_32bit Professional and Ultimate.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Both are single boot systems.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;The POD is recognized on both systems.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;The Vyzex editor recognizes the device and I can control the POD through it.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Both machines are Intel Core 2 Duo, but running 32 bit versions of OS.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Both machines have 3 2.0 USB ports.  I am connecting the POD directly to the computer.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Software Installed Machine 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Clean install &lt;/em&gt;with following software added&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Reason + Record&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;EMU Patch Mix for a EMU 1616m&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ASIO4All&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Line 6 Monkey 1.31&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Software Installed Machine 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Old OS install Vista 32bit Ultimate&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Business Apps (MS Office)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Reason 4&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ableton 7&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;NI Kore&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sound Forge 9.0&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Reaper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;FruityLoops Studio&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ASIO4All&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ProTools 8.x&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Digi002 Rack&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Digi MBox2 Micro&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Please advise on how to associate my POD correctly with Line 6 Monkey.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://line6.com/community/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-93126-9198/line6_pocketmonkey.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="line6_pocketmonkey.jpg" class="jive-image-thumbnail jive-image" src="http://line6.com/community/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadImage/2-93126-9198/line6_pocketmonkey.jpg" width="620"/&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href="http://line6.com/community/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-93126-9197/line6_registration_page.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="line6_registration_page.jpg" class="jive-image-thumbnail jive-image" src="http://line6.com/community/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadImage/2-93126-9197/line6_registration_page.jpg" width="620"/&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:8b3c2440-d940-44c6-8e32-5d4fc8f0c228] --&gt;</description>

I tried using the option but it comes back with "there's a service attached to this device". I don't know if he has an account yet so I can't give you the user name of the buyer.
